Update on Card Readers!

We trust this message finds you in good spirits! After careful consideration, we've made the decision to say goodbye to our card reader rental service for events and general campus use. The choice to part ways with this service is influenced by several factors.

Our commitment to delivering cost-effective solutions prompted us to reassess the service's sustainability within our budget constraints. While card readers have been handy, their elusive nature has posed challenges in tracking and maintenance, transforming what should be seamless into a bit of a puzzle. In pursuit of smoother processes that align better with your expectations, we are making this transition.

Just like the weather, campus demand can be unpredictable, experiencing fluctuations that make effective planning challenging. We aim to provide services as reliable as the sunrise.

Our dependable card readers have served us well, but with our equipment failing and evolving technology, it's time to upgrade. Regrettably, the cost of replacement and staffing needs are not justifiable, given the current demand levels.
